Printing and Mailing is constantly on the look out for good trade print suppliers of all sizes and shapes. We buy everything from photocopying through screen print, digital, wide format inkjet, conventional litho from one colour SRA3 all the way to 12 colour B1 and B0, 8, 16, 32, 48, 64, 72 page web and gravure. We also buy continuous print whether that is for stationery or for direct mail and security print items like cheques.
Printing and Mailing also buys a wide variety of mailing services and we are always looking for ways to make mailings more competitive or more innovative including special postage arrangements.
Printing and Mailing buys a variety of promotional products including pens, mouse mats, mugs, 'Post-it' type note pads and we are always looking for competitive and innovative items to sell to our customers.
Printing and Mailing has an unblemished record of paying our suppliers bang on time in accordance with our 30 days nett payment terms. If you deliver a good job for us this month you can guarantee to be paid at the end of next month without fail. Please note that if you provide a quote we expect you to accept these terms. If you need a credit application you must complete this before we will send you any enquiries.
Printing and Mailing purchasing policy is simple. Printing and Mailing will always buy on price and expect quality. We only accept your very best price given to us first time. Printing and Mailing will not do Dutch Auctions or challenge your prices. The only exception to this simple rule is if you are the best price and our customer gives us a second chance to win a job. Even then Printing and Mailing will only ask you to improve your price when we have a confirmed order from the customer at that new price. Our suppliers are as important to us as our customers.
Printing and Mailing will also give you as much feed back as you need. All you have to do is email us a list of the enquiry numbers you have quoted and we will email you back telling you exactly what our best price was for that job. This is not an invitation to re-quote, it is to help you get your pricing structure right in the future. Please note that we will not give feed back over the phone.
